Breaking that negative critical voice in your head to be kinder, supportive and empowering takes practice. We will use mindfulness, self-compassion and breathwork techniques to integrate.

Nourish your gut, optimise your digestive system, work in flow with your hormones and menstrual cycle with Nutritional Therapy.

Reset your brain by teaching
you how to break Autopilots and Habit Loops. Balance your appetite and
learn how to tune into your
fullness and hunger cues.

You will receive videos on topics that we have discussed during our coaching sessions, these will vary from mindset techniques, CBT tools, Emotional Eating, self-sabotaging habits, as well as practical videos on how to optimise your gut health, nutrition and lifestyle  strategies for hormone balance and the menstrual cycle.

We will have a coaching session every second week. These will be 60 - 90 minutes, and can be done online on Zoom or in my office in Dublin. We will explore your nutrition and eating habits, eating for gut health and hormone health, emotional eating, over-eating, managing stress and difficult emotions with more helpful behaviours,

I understand the fears around investing in yourself. I have set up the monthly payment plans to make it more manageable. But, that fear is often a good thing, as it means you will put effort into it when you decide to join. How many times have you spent money on something cheap and forgotten about it?

What impact is your relationship to food having on your life?
Food is a HUGE part of our lives, unlike alcohol, we cannot give up food if it is causing us stress, physical symptoms or impacting our mental health. Investing time and money into healing your relationship to food can give you back so much freedom, health and energy. It is worth the investment.

How much do you spend on external expenses and socialising?
Hair, nails, clothes, runners, take-aways, drinks etc. 
Investing in your health and wellbeing is a true investment as you get much more out of your money when you do.

As a parent, it is so much easier to spend on your children.
I hear it time and time again in consultations, Monkey see, Monkey do. Your kids will mirror your eating habits. By working on your relationship to food, you are changing the course of their relationship to food, too. 


No, I have a limited number of one-to-one spaces that I can take on. Once this is full I will have to close sign ups until spaces free up again. 


Before you sign up we need to first have a clarity call (BOOK HERE), during these calls I go through a series of questions that helps us both decide whether this programme is a good fit for you, right now. I don't want anyone to sign up unless they are in a place to do so.

For most people I work with, they are all busy. High pressured jobs, managing a household, kids, going through stressful periods. 

Do you know what adds to the stress and pressure of life? 
A never-ending exhausting relationship with food and hatred for your body. 
You have enough to be dealing with!  Not to sound like a broken record, but healing your relationship to food GIVES you back energy, and mental headspace. Often habits of emotional eating, using food as a crutch, binge eating makes us feel worse, increases stress and causes physical symptoms. So reducing these will help to stop this cycle and give you your life back.


Firstly, I just want to say that I hear you and understand why this is a concern. We have been led to believe that when we gain weight WE have failed. Being thin is the acceptable beauty standard and it can often feel unsafe to gain weight for many reasons. Not to mention that the messaging of weight loss = healthier is everywhere and is untrue and harmful for a lot of people. 

  • How has dieting worked for you in the past? 
  • Are you in a better place now since you started dieting? 
  • How is your mental health and mindset around your body, healthy eating and exercise after years of dieting? 

Dieting can lead to:
  • Resenting exercise and healthy habits as they feel like a chore that is only useful if it leads to weight loss, this causes a lot of problems for our health.
  • Dieting can make our body image worse as we are preoccupied with how we look.
  • Weight cycling aka yo-yo dieting, when we lose and regain weight diet after diet, this is harmful to our health and can cause us to gain more after each diet as our metabolism and hormones are impacted by calorie restriction and deprivation.

Dieting can become a huge part of our lives, we live in a continual never-ending cycle of being on track, off track and 'starting being good again on Monday' - this actually feeds our need to take action, it feels good to take action so we continue to 'start again', often we need to zoom out and take a look at our lives since we start dieting - what if we healed our relationship to food and our body instead? Falling in love with movement because it feels good, healthy food because our energy, skin and mood benefits.
